Biography

Dallas’ practice focuses on family law litigation, including adoption and child custody matters. In his thirty-plus years as a practicing attorney, Dallas has successfully litigated cases in family law matters.

As a former Air Force Sergeant and the former mayor of the City of Evans, Dallas has used his leadership skills to assist clients with complex family law matters in cases throughout Weld County. In 1987, Dallas joined the firm as a partner and has over three decades of legal experience.

Dallas’s primary experience is in assisting families with the adoption process and representing individuals in complex family law litigation, to include dissolutions and child support matters. Dallas has a breadth of experience and is committed to providing quality legal representation to individuals across Weld County.

Dallas has served his community as Mayor of the City of Evans, Dream Team President, President of Weld Legal Services, and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Weld County Democratic Party.
