In 1911, Evert Harrison Houtchens opened his law practice. Five score, three generations, and seven lawyer-descendants later, Houtchens, Houtchens & Greenfield continues its tradtion of excellence in the practice of law.
Today, we practice in the areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, insurance defense, domestic relations, criminal defense, probate and probate litigation, wills and estate planning, landlord/tenant, and real estate.
Many things have changed in the legal profession since 1911, and we have changed to meet the needs of our clients. We have not changed, however, our commitment to serve our clients, our communities, and our profession with skill, diligence, and care.
